Once the order is placed, we will send you a tracking number via email or text and it is trackable on the shipping company's website or through the email we will send you when the item has been shipped. For larger items (eg: e bikes, scooters etc) the tracking is done through different freight companies and the tracking number is emailed to you.
Once you have placed an order, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process the order. Normally we ship out in 24 hours but sometimes it can take up to 72 hours to ship out. If the item is urgent, please call us at 1-800-571-6711 and we can do our best to ship it out right away.
We offer free expedited shipping via Canpar, Purolator, & UPS for most products other freight companies for larger products like our ebikes. You can also choose paid shipping methods for faster shipping. The shipping time all depends on where in Canada you are located as we ship out of Ontario. Delivery estimates are available directly on the shipping company's website or other freight companies website when you enter the tracking number
We provide a 7-day worry-free return policy for a full refund or exchange. Please note the refund is processed once we have received the product back. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the reason for return is our fault, in that case we will provide a return shipping label. For all returns with zero fault on our part, there will be a 20% restocking fee and handling charges are non-refundable. The item must be returned in the exact same condition it was shipped out in.
PLEASE NOTE FOR CUSTOM LICENSE PLATES, ONCE IT IS SENT TO PRODUCTION, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO GIVE A REFUND. CUSTOM LICENSE PLATE ORDERS ARE SENT TO PRODUCTION AFTER 12 HOURS OF YOU PLACING THE ORDERS.
